Send More Stargate is a proxy service. Your order is considered 100% fulfilled once the package is successfully handed over to the USPS and tracking shows it has reached the destination zip code. If the corporate recipient actively refuses the delivery or marks it "Return to Sender," the protest has still been successfully delivered. We do not offer refunds for packages rejected by Amazon MGM Studios.
